You will need the model name, serial number, purchase date and store name to file. Full terms are on the rebate form.

A note for New York buyers: the rebate is paid by the manufacturer, not by us, and it does not change anything about how the firearm is transferred. Handguns require a valid New York pistol license, and every purchase goes through the paperwork and checks the state requires. Ask us what applies to your situation before you buy — and buy inside the window, because the purchase date on the receipt is what the manufacturer keys the rebate to.
