## SMS Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover text messages from Long Island Gun Source LLC ("LIGS," "we," "us"), 2291 Route 112, Medford, NY 11763, (631) 320-9500.

The program. LIGS Text Alerts sends recurring text messages to people who have asked for them: store news and hours, events, order-ready and transfer-ready notices, and offers on in-stock items. Firearms that are not legal in all 50 states will not be marketed by text message.

How you sign up. You opt in by ticking the separate "Text messages" box on one of our forms, or by texting a keyword to our number when we publish one. Giving us a phone number for an order or a transfer does not sign you up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be 21 or older. Our text program is for adults 21 and over. We may ask you to confirm your date of birth before your subscription is active. If you are under 21, you will not be subscribed.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier's plan applies.

To stop. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also call or email us and we will remove you.

For help. Reply HELP to any message from us, call (631) 320-9500, or email sales@ligunsource.com.

Carriers. Messages are supported on the major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes. If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP first or tell us, so the next person with that number does not get our messages.
