Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, on in-stock items that are unused and in original, sealed packaging.

Final sale — no returns or exchanges:

• Firearms, once transferred
• Ammunition
• Optics and scopes
• Discontinued and clearance items

Fees

• Canceled or returned orders: 20% restocking fee.
• Special orders and layaways: 20% cancellation fee.
• Denied or canceled background checks: $65 fee

New firearms. Inspect the firearm before the transfer paperwork is completed. If you find a problem before the 4473 is finished, we will swap it or refund it. Once the transfer is complete the sale is final, and any defect is handled under the manufacturer’s warranty — we will help you start that claim.

Used firearms are sold as-is. Inspect thoroughly before transfer. Ask us anything, and we will let you look at whatever you want to see.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Government fees, including background check fees, cannot be refunded.

Storage, Pickup & Abandonment

Pick up within 30 days. Firearms and items not picked up within 30 days of the date we notify you they are ready are subject to a $15.00 per month storage fee.

Items not picked up within 120 days are considered abandoned. Ownership is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

This applies to purchases, transfers, special orders, paid-off layaways and completed repair work.

The clock starts when we contact you to say your item is ready — not when a shipper marks a package delivered. Transfers typically take 2–4 hours to check in after they land.
