We’re interested in your firearms.
Deep interest across categories and conditions — from safe queens to well-loved range guns. Here’s what we’re typically buying.
Semi-autos, revolvers, compacts. Glock, SIG, Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Springfield — and the specialty stuff.
Bolt, lever, NY-compliant semi-auto. Hunting, target, tactical — bring it in, we’ll make an offer.
Pump, semi-auto, over/under, side-by-side. Field, defense, or the family Winchester.
Milsurp, vintage, limited runs, discontinued models. If it has value, we want to see it.
Scopes, red dots, holsters, mags, lights. Quality optics move fast — bring them in.
Inherited a collection? We handle estates with care, including the NY transfer paperwork.
What we buy gets a second life here.
Trade in and take home. Or just take home — our used inventory turns over fast.

What to expect.
A few details so there are no surprises when you walk in.
Payment options
Cash on the spot or store credit. Store credit stretches further — pairs well with an upgrade or a bulk ammo run.
What to bring
Valid government-issued photo ID (required). Original box, manual, extra mags? Bring those too — it can improve the offer.
Transport safety
Transport unloaded, in a case or bag. NY law requires safe transport. Not sure about the specifics? Call first — we’ll walk you through it.
Fair market pricing
Offers are based on current market value, condition, and demand. We’re a local shop, not a pawnshop — straight, fair offer, no pressure.
Answers to what people ask.
Ten of the most common — plus a call button for anything not covered.
Do I need an appointment to sell a gun?
No. Walk in during business hours and we’ll take a look. For a quick check first, call (631) 320-9500 and describe what you have — we can give you a ballpark over the phone.
What types of firearms do you buy?
Handguns, rifles, shotguns, collectibles, antiques, and estate collections in any condition. We also buy quality optics and accessories.
How do you determine the price?
Current market value, condition (finish, bore, function), brand, model popularity, and our current inventory needs. Real-time market data — not guesswork.
Cash or store credit — what’s the difference?
Cash is paid same-day. Store credit is typically higher — applied to anything in the store (firearms, ammo, accessories, optics). If a next purchase is in the plan, credit goes further.
Handguns in NY — any extra requirements?
Yes. All handgun transfers in NY go through a licensed FFL dealer — that’s us. Valid pistol permit required. We handle the paperwork. If you’re selling a handgun, contact your county licensing bureau about removing it from your permit card after the sale.
I inherited a collection. Can you help?
Yes. Estates are a specialty. We’ll review the collection, offer on individual pieces or the lot, and walk through NY transfer requirements — especially the handgun licensing steps. Call ahead so we can set aside time.
Do I need a background check to sell a gun?
As the seller, no background check on you. NY law requires all sales go through an FFL (us) and the buyer passes NICS. We handle all of it. You just need valid photo ID.
Can I trade toward a new purchase?
Yes. Bring in what you want to sell, we’ll apply the value as store credit toward anything in inventory — new or used firearms, ammo, optics, gear. Most popular option.
What if my gun doesn’t work or is in rough shape?
Bring it anyway. We buy in all conditions — safe queens, beaters, non-functional. Some guns have collector or parts value even if they don’t fire.
How long does the whole process take?
For a single firearm, about 15–30 minutes from walk-in to payment. Estates or large lots take longer — call ahead so we can give the collection proper attention.
Come see for yourself.
Real shop, real people. Walk in and browse the used cases — plenty of what we bought this month is on display.
