Welcome to Long Island Gun Source (ligunsource.com). Your use of this site is governed by these Terms. By using the site you agree to be bound by them. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Age. By using this site you certify that you are 21 or older. Customers 18 or older are welcome in our Medford store, subject to the law on each purchase.

Content. The site and its content — including software, source code, text, images and design elements — are protected by intellectual property law and are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content from this site.

Accuracy of information. We work to keep information current, but content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Specifications, descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Pricing and description errors. Inventory changes daily. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price, image, description or availability. If such an order is picked up in error, we may require the return of the unopened item for a refund.

Firearm sales. Firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted items are sold in accordance with federal, New York State and local law.

Ammunition. New York requires every ammunition sale to be completed in person with a state background check, currently $3 per transaction at our counter. Ammunition ordered online is picked up in store — it cannot be shipped to a residential address in New York. Ammunition sales are final.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We hold your order at the shop. Pay when you pick it up: card or cash. Applicable sales tax and government fees are added at checkout or at pickup.

Returns and cancellations. Return eligibility varies by item type. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Accounts and passwords. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Applicable law. These Terms are construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use personal information.

Picking up an online order. Online orders picked up in the shop are released only to the cardholder. Bring the card used for the order and a government photo ID in the same name. We don’t release orders to couriers or delivery services. If someone else has to pick up for you, call us first at (631) 320-9500. If we can’t verify the card, we’ll hold the order until we can, or cancel it and refund the original card. Firearms and ammunition also have their own ID and eligibility checks at pickup.

Accessibility. We want everyone to be able to use this site. We use generally recognized accessibility guidelines, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as a guide, and we review the site from time to time as it changes. Some content, including features provided by third parties, may not be fully accessible.
