This row is live from our own inventory — if it shows here, it’s in the case. Staccato is MAP-priced, so the number is the same wherever you shop. The difference is you can put this one in your hands today.

What a 2011 actually is

A double-stack 1911.

The 2011 platform keeps the 1911 trigger — short, single-action, straight to the rear — and puts it on a wider grip that holds more rounds. That combination is why it shoots flatter than most people expect the first time they touch one, and why departments started adopting it.

Staccato says the 2011 is duty-approved by more than 1,800 law enforcement agencies nationwide, and builds every pistol in the USA. Those are Staccato’s numbers, not ours — but they’re the reason the platform ended up on our shelf.

Handle it first

Grip circumference and trigger reach are personal. You cannot learn either from a photo, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Optic-ready, and we stock the mounts

Staccato HD host kits for the Aimpoint ACRO P-2, plus Dawson Precision DPO kits for Trijicon RMR / SRO and the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro — on the shelf, not on order.

New York compliant

Every Staccato we stock ships 10+1 with 10-round magazines. Nothing to swap, nothing to send back.

Same price everywhere

Staccato is MAP-priced, so hunting for a deal online mostly gets you the same number plus a transfer fee and a wait.

Carry, duty, or competition

C-series for carry, HD P-series for duty and home defense, XL for the range. We keep all three families in the case.

Trade toward it

Bring what you’re not shooting anymore. We buy and take trades in-store — that’s often what closes the gap.

OPTICS-READY

CUT FOR A DOT.

Staccato mills the slide at the factory, so the optic sits down in the metal instead of perched on top of it. That is a large part of why a 2011 shoots flatter than most people expect the first time they pick one up. Come handle one before you decide.

Mags, match ammo & optic mounts

Spare magazines, Staccato Match 9mm 136gr OTM, and the host kits that put a red dot on an HD — kept on the shelf so the pistol leaves ready to shoot.

Common questions

Do I need a pistol permit to buy one in New York?
Yes. New York requires a valid pistol license to take a handgun home, and the pistol has to be added to your license. If you already hold one, bring it — we handle the paperwork at the counter. If you don’t, start here: Permits & Licensing.
Are the magazines New York legal?
Yes. Every Staccato we stock is configured 10+1 on 10-round magazines. Nothing to swap out, nothing to send back.
What if you don’t have the model I want?
Call the shop. As a Staccato Premier Dealer we can order across the lineup — and we’ll tell you honestly what the wait looks like before you commit to anything.
Can I put a red dot on it?
Most HD models are cut for an optic. We keep the mounting hardware in stock rather than on order: the Staccato HD host kit for the Aimpoint ACRO P-2, and Dawson Precision DPO kits for the Trijicon RMR / RMR HD / SRO and the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro.
Is it cheaper online?
Almost never. Staccato holds dealers to a minimum advertised price, so the number online is the number here — except online you also pay a transfer fee, wait for shipping, and never get to hold the pistol first.
Do you take trades toward one?
We do, and it’s usually what closes the gap. Bring in what you’re not shooting — details on We Buy Guns.
I bought mine somewhere else. Will you do the transfer?
Yes. See Transfers for what to send us and what it costs.
What ammo should I run in it?
Staccato Match 9mm 136gr OTM is built for the 2011 and we stock it by the box. Any quality 9mm will run — ask us what we’ve been shooting.
