Open Tue–Sun · 2291 Route 112, Medford, NY

The sales floor at Long Island Gun Source in Medford, New York
Brass Pass+ · $200 a year

Know about it before it lands.

Brass Pass holders hear when something is checked in. Pass+ hears while it’s still on the truck — the hot items, the allocated pieces, the special-event guns. Plus $30 transfers and five percent off used guns. This is the top of the program and it isn’t for everybody; we’ll tell you straight if the Brass Pass is the better buy.

What’s in it

Everything in the Pass, and then some.

Each one has a number on it. We’d rather print the limit than surprise you with it at the counter.

Before it lands

The heads-up ahead of arrival

Brass Pass holders hear when stock is checked in. You hear before that — the hot items, the allocated pieces and the special-event guns get called out to Pass+ while they’re still inbound.

3×

Triple points on everything

Three points per $1 of pre-tax subtotal — 3% back, on ammo, gear, optics and firearms alike. Same 1¢ a point, same redemption floor.

Included

Optics battery swap and zero-check

Bring the optic and the rifle already mounted. We swap the battery and check your zero on the bench. Mounting a new optic, rings and ammunition aren’t included.

$30

$30 transfers, all year long

A standard transfer here is $50 — shipped in from an online seller, or person to person across the counter. On Pass+ it’s $30, every time, with no yearly limit. New York’s $10 check fee is the state’s, not ours.

5% off

5% off used guns

Five percent off any used gun in the case. Consignment guns are out, and so is anything already on sale, on a promo price or marked down — those are cut already.

Included

Everything in the Brass Pass

Member case pricing on the rotating caliber list, and the whole free-tier program underneath it. Pass+ sits on top. See the Brass Pass.

Which one should you carry?

Most people should carry the Brass Pass. Pass+ earns its keep if you’re buying ammo most weeks, having guns shipped in or buying used, running glass on more than one rifle, or chasing the pieces that sell the day they arrive.

Who Pass+ is built for

It earns its keep if you’re buying ammo most weeks, you buy used or have guns shipped in, you chase the pieces that sell the day they land, or you run glass on more than one rifle. Two transfers and one used gun put $80 of the $200 back in your pocket before you buy a single box of ammo.

Shop less often than that and the Brass Pass is the better buy. Ask at the counter — we’ll pull up what you actually bought last year and do the math with you before you decide.

Straight talk

Before you buy it, read this part.

The whole deal, in plain language. No asterisks.

Money back for 30 days

Money back, no questions asked, if you tell us within 30 days — as long as you haven’t used it yet. No points redeemed, and no member price, member discount or member perk taken on a purchase. Once the Pass has actually paid you something, the year stands: the savings already went in your pocket.

You will never be surprised by a charge

It renews automatically. Thirty days before it does, we email you — the date, the amount, and how to stop it, in the first two lines. Not buried at the bottom. Do nothing and it renews. Click once and it doesn’t.

Cancelling is one click

You joined online, so you cancel online. No phone call, no retention script, nobody asking why. Cancelling stops the next charge — and your membership keeps working to the end of the year you already paid for.

Not sure? Then don’t buy it yet

Come in and tell us what you actually buy in a year. If it doesn’t pay for itself, we’ll say so and you keep your $200. We’d rather have you in the shop for ten years than have your money this month.

Talk to us first.

Pass+ is worth it for a specific kind of customer, and the fastest way to know if that’s you is to ask. Come in or call and we’ll run the numbers against what you actually buy.
