What the multiplier actually means
The paid tiers multiply the points, not the point value. Here is the same $1,000 of spending on each tier.
The ladder: 250 points = $2.50 · 500 = $5 · 1,000 = $10 · 2,500 = $25 · 5,000 = $50. Redeem any amount at or above 250 — no need to save for the top rung.
Straight talk: on points alone, the Brass Pass pays for itself somewhere north of what most customers spend in a year. The reason to carry one is the member case pricing and getting the new-arrival email first. The math is on the Brass Pass page.

Money back, no questions asked, if you tell us within 30 days — as long as you haven’t used it yet. No points redeemed, and no member price, member discount or member perk taken on a purchase. Once the card has actually paid you something, the year stands: the savings already went in your pocket.

It renews automatically. Thirty days before it does, we email you — the date, the amount, and how to stop it, in the first two lines. Not buried at the bottom. Do nothing and it renews. Click once and it doesn’t.

The things people ask at the counter.
Do I earn points on firearms?
Yes. Points on everything, no carve-outs. A firearm earns at the same rate as a box of 9mm, and your tier multiplier applies to it.
What is a point actually worth?
One cent, off the counter. A thousand points is ten dollars. There is no separate conversion, no blackout categories, and no minimum purchase to redeem against.
When can I start spending them?
At 250 points. That is $2.50, and about $250 of spending on the free tier — half that on the Brass Pass.
How does the new-arrivals email work?
When stock gets checked in, members get the email first — new and used both. Brass Pass+ goes a step further: you hear about the hot items and special-event pieces before they even land.
Does the paid membership renew on its own?
Yes, annually. We email you before the charge lands so it is never a surprise, and you can turn auto-renew off whenever you want.
Can I use points and a membership discount together?
Yes. Member pricing comes off first, then points come off what’s left. They don’t cancel each other out.
What if the Brass Pass isn’t worth it for me?
You have 30 days. If you haven’t redeemed points and haven’t taken member pricing or a member perk on a purchase, say the word and we refund the whole thing — no questions asked. After that, or once you’ve used it, the year stands. Either way we would rather talk it through at the counter first — tell us what you actually buy in a year and we’ll tell you straight whether it pays for itself.
Does this work at the counter, or only online?
Both. You can join online, and the register knows your tier as soon as we pull up your account — give us your name or your phone number and it applies itself. Signed in on the site, your member price shows on the product page and in your cart.

You may cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided you have not redeemed points and have not received any member price, member discount or member benefit on a purchase; after 30 days, or once the membership has been used, the annual fee is non-refundable. Memberships renew automatically; we email you before each renewal, and you can cancel auto-renew at any time — cancelling stops the next year’s charge and your membership runs to the end of the term you paid for. Member pricing applies to a rotating list of calibers that we update through the year. New-arrival notifications are a courtesy and do not reserve, hold or guarantee any item.
