Buyer beware

If you order a firearm that is not NY-compliant, damaged in shipping, incorrect, missing parts, or if you do not possess the required handgun or semi-auto license, the firearm will not be returned until:

The $50 transfer fee is paid
A return shipping label is provided or return shipping and handling is paid by the customer

We will not transfer semi-auto barreled actions without the proper permit.

Additional fees

$65.00 fee assessed on all NICS denials and canceled sales
Any firearm or item not picked up within 120 days will be considered abandoned

Transfer pickup notice

Due to the high volume of firearms being received, please do not come to pick up your transfer simply because the shipper shows it as delivered. Transfers typically require 2–4 hours to be checked in and processed after delivery. Arriving before processing is complete may result in a wasted trip. We will contact you once your transfer is ready for pickup.
